3. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze
• Attempt to overwhelm the Service with automated or bulk requests
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the analysis content at scale
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Pro Purchases

Pro analysis is available as a one-time purchase per roast at the price displayed on the results page. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to pay the listed price and acknowledge that the product is delivered digitally and immediately.

5. No Refunds

All Pro purchases are final. Because the product is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for more details. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery of your Pro analysis, please contact us at xamitojx@gmail.com.

6. AI-Generated Content

All analysis, scores, roasts, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the content is provided "as is" without guarantees. You should use the feedback as suggestions, not definitive assessments. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the analysis provided.

7. Intellectual Property

The KindRoast brand, design, and underlying technology are owned by Foundry Studio LLC. You may share your individual roast results freely. However, you may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the Service itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundry Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Pro analysis in question.
